FAQ's

The venue where we are getting married requires a liability insurance.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are insured and will supply a certificate to any venue that requests it.

Can we combine your hours on location between the rehearsal dinner and the wedding?
Typically this counts as two events, however we are always willing to work with you.

Why are photographers so expensive?
There is a lot of training, equipment and overhead costs and time going into our craft. Photographers are artists and spend a lot of time making sure that the images are perfect for you.

Would you create an album for us with photographs that were taken by our friends at the event?
Yes, graphic design is another of our services.

How can we make sure you are available on our wedding day?
Your date is locked in once the contract is signed and you paid the retainer fee.

How does the album design process work?
You get to pick your favorite photos from the proof book or from on-line. Once you picked them we will design the album and you get to proof it again before it goes to press.

Will you be at the rehearsal?
Yes, this gives us the opportunities to meet everyone, which makes our job easier during the wedding.

Will we not hear from you until the rehearsal/wedding once you received our retainer?
No, we will be in constant contact. Please let us know of any questions and concerns and we will be happy to help you through this exciting period.

How will you help us?
You will receive a sample Itineraries and we will plan the day so you know what to expect from us. We want to help make sure that this will be the best day of your life.
